1. Services Provided
Evora Automations provides digital automation and marketing infrastructure services including, but not limited to:
• CRM setup and configuration
• AI-powered SMS, email, and voice automation
• Lead capture and booking systems
• Website and integration services
• Ongoing optimization and support
2. No Guarantee of Financial Results
While we provide system setup, automation, and optimization services, we do not guarantee specific revenue, lead volume, appointment count, or business performance results. Results vary based on many factors including advertising spend, market conditions, and client responsiveness.
3. Performance Guarantee Limitation
Our 30-Day Performance Guarantee applies only to system functionality and automation performance, not to financial outcomes or sales results. It does not constitute a money-back guarantee unless expressly stated in writing.
4. Client Responsibilities
You agree to:
• Provide accurate and complete information for system setup
• Maintain compliance with all applicable advertising, privacy, and messaging laws
• Obtain proper consent from your contacts
• Use the system legally and ethically
5. Payments & Fees
All setup fees and monthly management fees are disclosed prior to onboarding. All payments are non-refundable unless otherwise stated in a signed written agreement.
6. Intellectual Property
All workflows, systems, automation logic, designs, templates, and configurations created by Evora Automations remain our intellectual property unless otherwise agreed in writing. Clients are granted a limited license for business use only.
7. Limitation of Liability
Evora Automations shall not be liable for:
• Lost revenue or profits
• Data loss
• Business interruption
• Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
• Our total liability shall not exceed the total amount paid to Evora Automations for services in the preceding 3 months.
8. Termination of Services
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate services for:
• Non-payment
• Violation of these Terms
• Abuse of the system
• Illegal activity
9. Governing Law
These Terms of Service shall be governed and interpreted in accordance with the laws of British Columbia, Canada, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
